advise on the defense of government investigations and prosecutions;

provide leadership to trial attorneys as they investigate claims, navigate complicated strategy decisions, draft and file motions and briefs, conduct discovery, and try matters of issue;

develop and guide organizational support to paralegal and outreach staff, manage case budgets, and confer with co-counseling partners regarding trial and litigation needs;

litigate novel matters for returning citizens, including expertise on record sealing & expungement guidance across the United States;

advise on the initiation of class action & discrimination matters against corporate and government actors.
